Dr. Abeer Al-Hassan Abbas is Cultural Counsellor/Head of office at Canberra-Australia. Prior to the post Dr. Abeer held a position as a faculty member at the Department of Information Systems and Operation Management, College of Business Administration, Kuwait University. In addition to her post Dr. Abeer was the Accreditation Director at the college overseeing education quality assurance. Dr. Abeer was seconded at the National Bureau for Academic Accreditation and Education Quality Assurance.
Dr. Abeer Received her Bachelor (1995) in Computer Science and Masters (1997) in Information Systems from the American University, Washington DC. She obtained her PhD (2008) in Information Systems from the Volgenau School for IT and Engineering, George Mason University, Virginia, USA.
